I have extensive experience in the real estate brokerage business and have worked as both a field and review appraiser, and in a supervisory capacity to apprentice appraisers. I worked along-side Donald Reape, MAI, for 39 years and owned and operated Reape Jeffers & Associates, Real Estate Appraisers, Inc., from 2001 until 2024 before launching Jeffers Appraisals LLC.
I hold the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and I am a graduate of Rosemont College. I was the 2012 President of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and am a past Chair of its Government Relations Committee where I served for 6 years.
